Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate the needs of all our athletes. However, to ensure the quality and preparation of our training camps, we have established the following cancellation policy:

Full Refund (Minus Processing Fee)

​

• Cancellations made more than one week (7 days) prior to the start date of the camp will receive a full refund, minus the processing fee incurred during online registration.

​

50% Refund

​

• Cancellations made within one week (7 days) but more than 48 hours before the start date of the camp will receive a 50% refund of the camp fee.

​

No Refund

​

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the start date of the camp will not be eligible for a refund.

How to Cancel

​

To cancel your registration, please contact us via email as soon as possible. Refunds will be processed according to the above guidelines.

Exceptions

 

Exceptions to this policy may be made at the discretion of the camp organizers for extenuating circumstances such as medical emergencies, upon provision of appropriate documentation.
